Austin's experience includes:

  • Representing national retailer and international airport in multiple construction defect and premises liability claims;
  • Defending aviation and trucking companies in numerous accident cases involving death and catastrophic injury in state and federal jurisdictions across the country;
  • Enforcing non-compete and non-solicitation agreements in multiple state and federal jurisdictions;
  • Litigating wrongful death and personal injury actions on behalf of individuals, resulting in multi-million dollar jury awards and settlements;
  • Representing business clients regarding formation, acquisitions, sales, and leases.
